Your keys, your account
We set everything up on your own API keys (“bring your own key”). The AI provider account is yours: you see every cost, you can revoke access at any time, and you are never locked in to us.
What happens to your data
Cloud means your data travels to an AI provider, so we keep that journey tight and documented:
- Not used for training. We use the provider’s business terms where your data is not used to train models, and confirm this for each provider.
- Data processing agreement in place before any personal data is sent.
- Only what is needed. Agents receive only the data a task requires.
- Secrets manager. Keys are kept in a secrets manager, never in code or shared documents.
- Logged. Every request is logged so you can see what was sent and when.
If a use case involves health records, legally privileged documents or financial account data, we will recommend Secure On-Premise AI instead.
How it works
A setup project of 2–6 weeks, followed by an optional monthly plan: monitoring, fixes when providers change their APIs, prompt and model updates, and a monthly usage and cost report.
